The young ladies here are always friendly but today I was particularly impressed by the young lady Xeo…actually I already forgot how to spell her name but it sounds like Sandra but spelled with an x? She was so welcoming & even checked in with people waiting to make sure their orders were in & told them their place in line. Such a small act goes a long way. Thank you!
The coffee is usually good, but the quality isn’t always consistent from one visit to the next. During busy hours, the wait can also be quite long. Hiring more employees during peak times could help improve both the speed of service and the overall customer experience.
Went for my usual coffee., cashier Eliana greeted me with a bright smile and was very friendly. While waiting for my order I was shockly greeted by the barista named Bri who was cleaning the lobby. She sparked a great conversation! This vibe is the reason my wife and I will always come to this store!
