Wonderful little spot for some amazing food and service. Everything tasted great and were good sized portions. The servers were so helpful and always checking in. Our main chef Eddie was so kind and welcoming. We sat at the sushi bar and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Food was excellent. I got the hamachi kama and it was grilled to perfection. The sauce that came with it was great. It was a delivery and still arrived warm and was not overly dry or otherwise. Only issue was that there was not any soy sauce for my rolls. The alaska roll and futo maki were both great. The selection here is like no other in the area and i was thoroughly impressed with my meal. Please just read the notes on orders. Thank you

Had two rolls here. All the ingredients were there, but the flavors were very poorly melded. The first tasted like all salmon skin, and the second was so overwhelmed by jalapeño that nothing else stood out. Good sushi is a delicate balance which was not achieved, at least in the rolls I had that evening

Came here with my friend last night and sat at the bar. The chefs were so funny and chill. I really enjoyed talking to them and the sushi was AMAZING. I’ve been looking for a good sushi place in Salinas and have definitely found it. Eddie, William, and Luis made my night. Will be coming back here many times. Atmosphere was laid back and unpretentious. House sake was great and the nigiri was fresh af. 10/10.

Service was very pleasant. All the employees were so welcoming and attentive. I liked the portions and size of the sushi pieces. They were actually bite size so they didn’t fall apart. Family friendly.
Great food! I got the shoyu ramen (huge portion bowl), and the sunset roll, super flavorful, if you like zest/citrus and salmon and shrimp you will love this roll. :)
Fav place for sushi in town, good professor, friendly staff (although they do get busy! So they do hurry you a bit during rush) , the vibes are super comfy and the decorations add on. They also do take out. Ive put everyone on to this restaurant which is rare, I'm a very picky eater

It's in a great location, plan ahead for parking during peak times.
The service was slow and the kind where they don't check to see if your needs are met and don't refill your water.
The food was expensive and the flavor profile was off. The food lacked seasoning. We tried sashimi and sushi, salmon teriyaki, tempura, miso soup and salad.
The best item we had flavor wise was the salad.
We were there on a Monday night and maybe we got the B team, and there is an A team on other nights.
Sadly we've had better Japanese food in land locked Las Vegas, than this place.
We won't be coming back because it's just not worth it.
