A taco wagon permanently parked on highway 1 south of Salinas. A little bit dusty but well worth the stop. Try their spicy pork burrito... it's actually more savory than spicy and it's delicious. The lady who cooks there makes sure that you leave with plenty of food for the road home!
They treated me well, I ordered a burrito ? this last wing was very delicious and fast.
Good food, great staff, not a place to eat there. It's basically a taco truck, so seating is outside and dust/dirt is everywhere. My torta was a little soggy, but really really good.

The Cuban torta is a standout, featuring a unique combination of ham, hot dog, chorizo, steak, and bacon. Prices are decent and the food is not bad at all.
