Arnie, the manager was amazing. The recipe for the fries changed this year and I wasn’t a fan. He said, “Keep those, I’ll make you a fresh batch!” We need more Arnie’s in our society! Great customer service and super friendly.

Via DoorDash, I ordered and paid for a 15-piece wing meal with fries, vege sticks, and ranch dressing. I did not receive the vege sticks, but I did receive 15 dry, stomach acid burning, and almost inedible chicken wings. I am extremely disappointed with Wingstop as I have always enjoyed their food. I assumed there would be more than one ranch dressing, but only one was in the packaging. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise birthday dinner for my spouse, but instead, we received the above.
