Don't bother bringing anything larger than a 50 dollar bill they will make you go somewhere else to get change to make your purchase!!! Terrible service also. Made a suggestion to the worker about letting their customers know that they can't accept any large bills beforehand, and all I got was I only work here!! Terrible customer service! Save yourself the hassle and make the trip to angels camp or valley springs for better pizza establishments!

Second time we've came when it should have been up and running just to be told it would take a while for the ovens to heet up. (WHY WERE THEY OFF) & buy then they would be closed. Fri nite 830pm. They really don't want to make any money. My order always comes to $48. + . I don't think we'll try again.

I've known someone who has personally worked here and the owners are trash. Threats of taking away tips, hours, also threatens them in group chat about these things. I really feel bad for the workers. This is all my personal opinion but I would not eat here, not because the food isint okay but because of the owners, and how they treat these workers who live in our community. Do better. Don't eat here

I love the new pizza by the slice option and the combo deal of salad bar, pizza buffet, and a soft drink! Both deals are SO reasonably priced, and lately, there has been more consistency with the pizza overall than there has been in the past, so that's nice too. Once in a while, the pizza in the hot case seems to have been sitting for a while, but the staff are so nice that they will allow you to pick a slice from the pizza buffet which usually has more options than the hot case of just pepperoni and cheese. (Although pepperoni is my favorite anyway!) A suggestion would be to reduce the amount of pizza sauce, though. Finally, a red sauce I actually like b, t it's a bit on the heavy side.

This all started by me placing an online order for delivery. Website let order go through. I was suspicious while placing my order because it did not request delivery address so I called this particular franchise in San Andreas California. I was told oh we don't do deliveries. So then I decided to go pick up my order ticket number 42 date 1/10/2024 and was then told I wasn't charged enough. Then since I don't live in the area and I'm staying in a hotel room!I get back and figure out they didn't provide me any napkins or utensils so I can eat my food. What am I supposed to eat my salad with my hands! Very poor experience and service! I travel to this area at least once a month and I definitely won't be eating at this establishment ever again. Staff needs to be trained properly on how to represent this particular company! If anybody gives a response I would prefer it be by the corporate office of Pizza factory and not the local manager of the store. Thank you! Mike

If funny how the owner takes no responsibility for their over priced nasty pizza and poor customer service. The pizza I got for my bday was a flat piece of bread with the wrong toppings , we spent $75 and ended up throwing it out. Did the owner care.? No... don't bother responding, because you know what kind of place you run. Miss the old owners who owned it when I was kid. I'd give a zero if I could. ? FYI don't let your manager argue with a customer.
