Terrible service gave my food away and then argues with me about it would not give me a refund I would highly not recommend to anyone however after reading other comments some as little as 2 weeks ago it seems there are many bad reviews as well I personally won't be returning and will also be recommending that others do not as well it's obvious nothing is changing at this location

Yeah, I have to say when somebody takes your order And they tell you 15 to 20 minutes. And then it takes them an hour Because they didn't get back to you to tell you Your order is done When Your setting right in front of them 2 other people had the same thing going on. At the same time. All three of us sit around looking at each other going, what the hell is going on, and the people that took our order looking directly at us. And instead of taking the initiative knowing that they took our orders Act like it's our fault because they didn't do their customer service. The negligence and not caring this kind of ridiculous. If it would have been super busy, I could have understood.

If I could give zero Stars I would. We use to go to the San Andreas location because we liked it better even though we live really close to the Valley Springs location. Last night I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. One with white sauce. And I get home and notice it's one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza so I call them and the kid that answered had an attitude and told me I could bring it back but that's all they would do for me. I asked to speak to the manager and he laughed at me. Then the manager (said his name was Jake) came on the phone and was just as unprofessional as the kid I had just spoke to. Told me the good news is my pizza, even though it's wrong, its edible.. I was shocked. He said he would give me a few dollars credit. It was unprofessional and my pizza was terrible.

Absolutely a joke, will never come back. I live here locally and what i just witnessed was disgusting. The only 2 employees working were arguing while a pizza almost flipped off the pizza oven, the gentleman working the register with bare hands then going and handling food. The 1 customer in front of me frustrated and just taking an order that wasn't his. I actually left, there is definitely some issues that need to be addressed. For food safety purposes along with just down right professionalism. Keep it mind, there was only 1 customer in there besides me, the gal woth the attitude working in back only had 2 tags in front of her. God help if they actually get busy.

Delish pizza as usual. They were out of a few toppings - I specifically wanted mushrooms but it was fine tho, we made it work and the pizza was still great.
We ordered the cheesy garlic bread for the first time and wowwwww... it was so good! So cheesy, too!! I ended up eating all of the garlic bread before taking a bite of my pizza. 😋 and then ofc i was full so i didnt eat my pizza. 🫣
BUT... now I get to have leftover pizza for breakfast, which is my favorite. 🤤
Anyways, back to the restaurant. It was clean, there were a few customers in the dining area, not too busy for a Saturday night. Only a couple employees that I saw but they had it under control. Friendly. Our dinner was perfect and made in a timely matter.
I can't wait until I'm back in the area to visit - i will stop by Pizza Factory again for sure. I ordered by using the app and got rewards points. I hope they don't expire before I am here next. 🤞🏻

The food is always great and great staff, today there was a new girl employee that had such an attitude. I asked for ranch she rolls her eyes and brings me one I asked for another ranch and she slams in on the box. Then I asked for my receipt and she got pissed. The other girl that was working is always nice but this girl needs to go.

Called in my order for take out and they offered me a pepperoni special that i declined. Pick up, friendly staff, get it home and it was a stale pepperoni with my toppings thrown on top. BS! Im so sick of shitty expensive pizza from pizza factory
