My husband called to order pizza today and they told him the last 2 times he came in and got pizza he didn't pay. Last I knew you had to pay before they hand you your pizza. Last week he got pizza and PAID. The pizza guy on the phone told him that it's in their system that he didn't pay. that's bullshit. I also ordered pizza for lunch once and thought delivery would be good. I work right down the street. it took an hour and a half to get my delivery.

This all started by me placing an online order for delivery. Website let order go through. I was suspicious while placing my order because it did not request delivery address so I called this particular franchise in San Andreas California. I was told oh we don't do deliveries. So then I decided to go pick up my order ticket number 42 date 1/10/2024 and was then told I wasn't charged enough. Then since I don't live in the area and I'm staying in a hotel room!I get back and figure out they didn't provide me any napkins or utensils so I can eat my food. What am I supposed to eat my salad with my hands! Very poor experience and service! I travel to this area at least once a month and I definitely won't be eating at this establishment ever again. Staff needs to be trained properly on how to represent this particular company! If anybody gives a response I would prefer it be by the corporate office of Pizza factory and not the local manager of the store. Thank you! Mike

If funny how the owner takes no responsibility for their over priced nasty pizza and poor customer service. The pizza I got for my bday was a flat piece of bread with the wrong toppings , we spent $75 and ended up throwing it out. Did the owner care.? No... don't bother responding, because you know what kind of place you run. Miss the old owners who owned it when I was kid. I'd give a zero if I could. ? FYI don't let your manager argue with a customer.

In all honesty I would give 0 stars if I could. Spent $60 to get 2 large pizzas and one had specialty items and instructions. The chicken on the pizza was extremely scarce, maybe a pinch. I called the store to see what could be done and the reaction I got to the complaint was highly unprofessional in ANY customer service department. I drove 45 minutes to get this pizza and was expected to return the pizza and WAIT for another??? This is unacceptable and I request that the store manager contact me with an apology on Haleys disrespectful attitude
Good service but took them pouring 3 beers to get 1 good one. They were kind in person but got nothing but arguments when I called in about being dissatisfied. They forgot certain toppings and went super scarce on the chicken. $25 dollars for a large cheese pizza...come on. Two pizzas cost me around $60 with a tip. I won't be going back.

The bread sticks were a little doughy, but the staff are always incredible, super clean restaurant and the pizza is awesome! I always order to go but it's a nice little place with some games for kids and a salad bar. The parking is really good and easy to get in and out of. The ranch is made in house and they are famous for it, everyone orders extra. I'd you dine in it looks like they have beer and wine as well. Have not had desserts yet, will have to try them sometimes x.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a small space and the parking lot has a grade to it but the door is pretty wide and the floorplan is wide open with small cafe style tables spread out

Service was excellent, the place was OK, and the employees were friendly. We ordered the large combo pizza for takeout. It came with a large amount of toppings, however, the pizza was overcooked. The crust on the bottom was dark brown and the meat on top was dried out over-cooked. We were hungry and ate the pizza anyway, just not very tasty. If we go back, we will for sure open the box and check the pizza before leaving.
