Exceptional service from Amy. Delicious and well-prepared food. Reasonably priced. Appreciate the half-price and quality wine each month. Rewards Club provides excellent "deals."
Overall it was a good dining experience, I made my reservation on open table at 630 for a table at 730, didn't get seated until 8 but there was a large amount of people outside waiting. When we got seated there was plenty of open tables, there must have been a shortage of servers. It took quite a while for our food to come out. We were seated by the hostess and then another server came and got our drink order, we ordered 1 alcoholic beverage and that didn't come with the rest of the drinks, I think it was another 10-15 minutes. We received our app and the drink and then bread and waited for our food. When the food came out it was alright, we ordered lobster tails and it was overcooked and underseasoned but the steaks were good, along with the sides. We took our dessert to go.
Reservation was on time. Clean and decorative with cowboy look. Had separate section for bar with sports tvs. We had 2 waiters that were very attentive. We will be back!
Jesika was again a terrific server. Knowledgeable and friendly offering suggestions and checking in often, refilling drinks regularly. The food was prepared as requested. Really enjoy dining here.
Had a pleasant experience! Took advantage of a groupon deal for the campfire meal for 2. My wife and I had the ribeye and new york strip. Food was good, I wish the ribeye was a bit thicker. Had a bit of left overs which was good. Service was pretty timely and our server Daniel was very helpful
Food was good but unfortunately my wife's steak was half fat and for the first time in her life she ssked for a new plate, and the 2nd was a good normal steak Their was a screaming toddler in the booth next to us, throughout the whole time we were there, but overall Food and appetizers were good and Black Angus couldn't help it that the cold probably needed a nap.
Came in for a 2 for 1 special, had the Prime Rib. Great food, great service, good price! Black Angus has always been good-the special pricing made it even better.
THE FOOD WAS COLD. THE APPETIZER WAS LOADED WITH SUGAR. THE THREE DRINKS THAT WERE PART OF THE DEAL, THE FIRST ONE WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT LOADED WITH SUGAR. THE SECOND "BLUE DRINK" IN A PLASTIC CUP THAT I WAS TOLD I COULD KEEP BUT OPTED OUT OF WAS JUST KINDA NASTY. THE LAST DRINK WAS OKAY FOR WHAT IT WAS. THE MAIN COURSE USED SOME KIND OF CHEAP OVER COOKED MEAT. IT WAS DRY AND THERE WASN'T ENOUGH SAUCE. A BIT ON TH MEALY SIDE. DESSERT WAS JUST MEAGER ATTEMPT AT MAKING SOME KIND OF BANANAS FOSTER THING. SWING AND A MISS. IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOOO MUCH BETTER. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE $56+ BUX I SPENT. INCLUDING TIP IT WAS $66. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. I WOULD LOVE A PARTIAL REFUND PLEASE. I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH. I'M NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN HERE. I'M BEING HONEST ABOUT WHAT I BELIEVE AND MY FEELINGS. THIS WAS TRULY JUST A MONEY MAKER FOR BLACK ANGUS. TOTALLY AN OVER VALUED HYPE. I HAVEN'T BEEN TO BLACK ANGUS IN MANY MANY YEARS. IT SURE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. I USUALLY DON'T FILL OUT THESE REVIEWS BUT IN THIS CASE I MADE AN EXCEPTION. FOR MANY PEOPLE, THIS EXPERIENCE PROBABLY WAS A GOOD ONE AND THEY CAN ALWAYS BE REMINDED OF WHAT A WONDERFUL NIGHT IT WAS EVERY TIME THEY USE THAT CHEAP, CRAPPY PLASTIC CUP BUT CERTAINLY NOT FOR THIS GUY. NO SIR. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T DO THIS "CULINARY EXPERIENCE." I COULD GO ON BUT I THINK YOU GET THE PICTURE. WOW, IT'S AMAZING WHAT A RESTAURANT CAN GET AWAY WITH THESE DAYS.
Attending the Rum dinner. The food was well below this restaurant's standards. This Rum dinner was a total waste of money and time. I try to attend most restaurant's special dinners. This was by far the worst combination of spices, cooking temperature and textures in 10 years. The best part of the dinner was the ice cream on top of caramelized bananas. I left at 9pm, starving and returning home to eat leftovers.
Service was excellent. Phil is the best waiter.very personable helpful. The food is usually excellent. I was not too happy with the quality and preparation on this visit. They were having a special event and I think that the cooks had a difficult time with the orders. food was overcooked. I recommend visiting Black Angus but not when there is a special event.

We had a very good meal we love to come to black angus but a few issues, my wife and I always get prime rib but the portion size is is not consistent here, service was good but not enough staff on we sat over 10 minutes before our server got to us long time later to get bread also
Hello, I was really blessed to have had a server that was very professional, attentive, friendly, quick, polite, and I could go on and on. She was an African American female with braids and a beautiful smile and personality but unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but she was AWESOME. We ordered the campfire me and my husband. We started our meal with the chicken tenders, then we enjoyed the bread so much we had 2. Lol, then we enjoyed the hearty steak soup, which was full of veggies and steak, temperature was nice and hot. My husband had the New York steak, and fries, and I had the grilled chicken with the smokey molasses BBQ sauce AND fries. Everything was delicious and to top it off we shared a delicious slice of carrot cake. SAN BERNARDINO IS THE BEST BLACK ANGUS; you cannot go wrong.
The steak was not medium it was cooked well done. There were gnats flying around the restaurant. I will never go back here again.
The quality of my meal was very poor - the appetizer was raw and my steak was not cooked to order. I only ate the dinner salad - the bacon bits and blue cheese dressing were great. Our waitress was nice yet I doubt I'll return.
I had lunch with the boss and three retired former coworkers today.
I ordered the Classic French Dip. It was delicious. I would definitely order that again.
I didn't catch our server's name, but he was very polite and quite attentive. The other gentleman who brought out some of our food was rather polite as well.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
