I just have never had a bad experience at Carl's Jr. Customer service is always great. Order is right 99% of the time and they have no problem replacing your item if it was wrong. Food always tastes good and fresh.
Elena has excellent costumer service and is very friendly . I was happy because she’s bilingual and could communicate with her perfectly in either English or spanish. Great hard worker. Thank you

I can say that for many years now, the food has been consistent. Always get what I ask for. And the food is actually one of my favorite fast places. Can't go wrong .. I always go thru the drove thru, so I can't really make an option on the dine in experience.
