PAID for an order in Carl's Jr App. waited 20 minutes in drive thru. The Chimps at the window could not figure out how to find my order. they took my phone and acknowledged I made a proper online order. they refused to make the food I paid for and refused to refund my money. they offered just dumb shrugs. NEVER EVER LET SUCH LOW IQ IDIOTS HANDLE YOUR FOOD. you could die.
