“I was looking for a place that had quesa Birria tacos and found this location on Yelp decided to give it a try. Restaurant is ran by a husband and wife. Wife was very welcoming and offered suggestions. We were not disappointed. Ordered the quesa Birria tacos and potato tacos. Both were made fresh with good flavor. Quesa Birria tacos included consome. Location is tiny but they offer outdoor seating. Parking is located at the back of restaurant. Also keep in mind location is cash only! Will be back in future to try other items.“
“Amazing variation of healthier foods, snacks, and shakes that they sell here! Like literally wanted to come in here for just a strawberry banana smoothie and they didn't have it on the menu but were able to make it for me with some extra protein. I even ordered their salty crepe which has a ton of veggies and avocado and was delicious! This is a new spot so don't let the lack of reviews scare you, it's definitely worth the trip and the service was great here with genuine people who want you to enjoy what they have to offer. The inside looks nice and clean too so overall I think this will be one of my new spots for smoothies or a snack when I'm in the area. 5 out of 5 easily!“
“Great addition to the UV! Definitely have been waiting for more pastry options to open up around in this area other than boba. The crepes were fairly decent. My only complaint about them was that the Crème Brûlée crepe had way too much cream on the top half and became too much after a few bites. I did really enjoy the Matcha Chocolate crepe as it wasn't too sweet. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area looking for something sweet.“
“These crepes are delicious! I had a strawberry Nutella crepe with whipped cream and it was heavenly!! I was surprised by how delicious even the whipped cream was. I don’t live in the area but will definitely be coming back when I’m in town!“
“I'm so happy to have The Chocolate Bar in Highland, they have great crepes and wonderful sweets. I love having a place nearby where I can get a great cup of coffee and a pastry. I respect that their drinks are in glass or ceramic cups and pastries and all sweets are in real plates and not paper or plastic, thank you for making us feel that there are still places out there that are not disposable.“
“Hidden Gem! Fairly new but everything I've bought thus far has been flavorful and superb customer service! Riquísimo! Lots of snacks to choose from. Shaved ice cream mini pancakes , crepe, aguas fracas , corn. Definitely recommend! they have happy hour during the week 5-8pm most everything 50% off. Excellent time to try everything!“
“My parents are best friends with one of the old owners, and we used to go every Saturday at the market before Covid. It was my favorite thing to eat, and I would only get one thing: Normal Crepe with blueberries and whipped cream. Eat that, you're set for life. I mean it, you will die happy. Anyways, you can see them make the crepes and it's so cool. It takes around 5-10 minutes to make, and the wait is so worth it! My little cousins and I love to eat here on a day while just walking around our downtown. The shop is a really small place, kind of looking like a modern shack, but size doesn't matter. It's so good, I'm not even joking. Stop reading this review and go get it.“
“Wow! This little ice cream shop surpassed all of my expectations. The options are endless and it was hard to make a decision on what to order, which just means that we will have to be back! We finally decided on the banana split.. it was AMAZING! You get to pick which flavor ice cream scoops you want, plus three extra topping. Talk about a win! They even let us sample several ice cream flavors before we made our decision. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient as we made our decisions. We can't wait to come back and try other delicious treats! So happy to have them in the neighborhood. This will definitely be a frequent desert stop for us from now on!“
