Used to be good. Now it’s bad. They are fishing 5 stars review on Google for a free small drink.

30 minute wait on a chicken sandwich is ridiculous especially when it store is slow. Also, the chicken size is small. If you give them a feedback or complaint about your order, they respond with a generic answer. They don’t care.

This is a corporate location as well. If they are this bad, things are going downhill.

Avoid Dave Hot Chicken and go elsewhere.

Bathroom is dirty and smells.

Dave’s is always busy we ordered online 5 min before we got there, it was hot and ready! We went 7/6/25 around 9:30pm and the service was the best we ever had. When we checked out food the chicken was huge tons of pickles they made sure to include our extra sauce. 😋👏🏼👏🏼

My chicken was raw and they refused to refund or replace

Literally the best spicy chicken in the inland empire! A little on the pricey side, especially the shake dear Lord. Put the food quality has always 5 out of 5!

The food is prepared very good that always has me stopping at this specific Dave’s hot chicken location. Had a pleasure meeting Felipe the cashier today who was able to get me a double slider combo to my preferred spice level. Very passionate workers who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and truly embodies the company values that Dave’s hot chicken believes. Workers such as Felipe have qualities that allow Dave’s to excel in the Nashville chicken industry and should take further positions that will ultimately continue the expansion of Dave’s to more remote locations.
