El Pollo Loco is a convenient and affordable dining option that serves juicy and plump chicken, crunchy cheeps, and tasty green salsa. The restaurant is clean and tidy, with a decent-sized parking lot and well-maintained restrooms. While the customer service can be improved, the meals are wholesome and competitively priced. The original pollo bowl combo is a great value, offering two tortillas and a drink for just over $6 after tax. Despite some inconsistencies in food taste and portion sizes, El Pollo Loco remains a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
