Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean & tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service & in food taste. But I think their manager & cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The tostada, salads & chicken doesn’t taste that good any more. So, quantity & quality both have declined. This was my favourite El Pollo Loco. But, no more..I'm gonna revisit a couple more times & shall update my review more negative or positive according to their service & food.

The location is in a very busy intersection. Lots of panhandlers around area. The last time I was there, a drunk was passed out and lying in one of the chairs and the staff did nothing to evict him. I really lost my appetite. I will do drive thru next time.

I ordered some churros and they were old so I didn't eat them and I ordered a family meal and they didn't give me any slasas even though I asked for some, I had to go back to get them!

This location is extremely clean, dined in and was amazed at how neat they are and the dining area was. The drinks station was not dirty and very well organized i absolutely commend them for their hard work and dedication to cleanliness.The service was great they prepared my food very quickly and in a very pleasant manner attended me when I ordered. Food tasted amazing and I was very satisfied.Overall, enjoyable experience eating at this particular pollo loco. Would come back since they offer fast service, good flavored food, and reasonable prices. Hats off to their manager for doing a great job ?

I wouldn’t suggest coming to this el pollo loco, this el pollo loco was pretty slow with my order to the point it got annoying. Took 20 minutes for me to get my food, I went through the drive thru it wasn’t ready, I sat in front of the store it wasn’t ready, I eventually got my food and there were 3 salsas. I ordered 2 burritos a bowl and a kids meal and received 3 salsas? They also did not include my tortillas for the kids meal, so after an unexplained delay I had to go back inside, the trip in total was 30 minutes, at a fast food place? Just no sense of urgency at all, what’s the point of ordering in advance when it takes longer than it would’ve had I just shown up and ordered.

I got a $5 bowl with a beans, rice a tablespoon of chicken and bones. The counter staff was nice but slow. It wasn't worth the time or the money. I'm finding this to be a constant service issue at more than a few of the El Pollo Locos.
