i paid online with my card send somebody to pick it up with her name on the order ... when she got there they didnt gave her the pizza because they needed to see the card that the pizza was paid with she needed to drive back home n come for me to pick up the pizza it was a waste of time
When I ordered and paid online I assumed I didn't need my card to pick the order up especially since I was picking up the order for my mother who just had hip surgery. When I went to pick it up, they needed the card AND id so I had to return home to help my mother out of bed to go pick up dinner. Once we returned, they didn't even card her. The girl who claimed to be a manager is inexperienced and doesn't know how to deal with customers and whatever their concerns/issues may be....read full review
