I've been ordering a classic chicken tostada salad for a long time at this chain however, lately it comes with zero cheese, no pico, no sour cream.. looks nothing like the picture or description on the menu. Just the chicken on a top of bed of lettuce with some beans and rice hiding at the bottom. Ordered red and green salsa, got one each of the thin containers. Make sure you specify how many you want.

I don’t normally care for el pollo loco. We dropped in because we were on the go and needed to get lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food here and the service. Friendly ladies, juicy plump chicken and the crunchy cheeps!! Green salsa is amazing and competitive price for a wholesome meal that I feel good about serving my family. We will certainly be back at this location, not sure about other locations.

Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean & tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service & in food taste. But I think their manager & cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The tostada, salads & chicken doesn’t taste that good any more. So, quantity & quality...
