This pollo loco is it , they are always on it and if an order is incorrect manager makes sure to quickly correct it. From my experience always freshly made, never had an issue, best pollo loco location I've had.

I enjoyed a late lunch here. Food was fresh and delicious. While ordering at a self service kiosk, I had a little difficulty. My struggle was short-lived because a member of their crew noticed my challenge and came to offer assistance. She fixed my problem with ease. I will be returning again soon.

When in for lunch with a friend and was forced to order at the machine. I don't like to do that but am a senior citizen. The chicken was fine but the sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were not
