These guys are straight. Better than Waba. I do not like all that goopy sauce. I am a purist. The quality here is about on par for a rice bowl place. In this part of town, there are few good rice bowl options. They cook their rice better than most. The service is quick and friendly. I just wish there were an S tier bowl shop in Berdoo.

Went to go eat here yesterday around 8pm and they had the inside closed. The workers ran to the back to hide. They look very suspicious. Poor service. Poor workers do better

Went to flame broiler on delrosa..wrong order was given..they wanted proof order was wrong and wanted the order brought back . Was to far away and receipt they had for the order showed it was wrong..did not let us talk to manager and hung up on me...bad customer service..looking for a corporate number for flame broiler to advise that they were not going to make the order right.

I just came from this flame broiler and the women did not give me and who I was with a good service. She took a bit with her lipstick and when she finally gave us the food she gave us a empty container with no sauce and still laughed about it , like that's that's disrespectful, I'm not coming back and I don't recommend, overall the food was good. #flamebroiler

This is the first time I have visited Flame Broiler, so I am willing to give it another chance. The forks were all out in the open and not individually wrapped which is a personal thing for me, but when I used the soda machine I got a Sprite and saw a bunch of debris in my drink. I think there might be calcium buildup in the lines and this is something that should be addressed. The food was okay, but I'd try another location.
