This is the first time I have visited Flame Broiler, so I am willing to give it another chance. The forks were all out in the open and not individually wrapped which is a personal thing for me, but when I used the soda machine I got a Sprite and saw a bunch of debris in my drink. I think there might be calcium buildup in the lines and this is something that should be addressed. The food was okay, but I'd try another location.
i literally have been living here for 3 years! i come to this place almost every week, i order the same exact thing. today i went in and ordered a chicken bowl with veggies on the side and the cashier really argued with me saying they charge me $4.00 extra to put my same veggies on the side. i am so mad because i just saw him put the veggies on the side for another customer. they need help, definitely need more employees. the line was super long and i kust think maybe he was young...read full review

These guys are straight. Better than Waba. I do not like all that goopy sauce. I am a purist. The quality here is about on par for a rice bowl place. In this part of town, there are few good rice bowl options. They cook their rice better than most. The service is quick and friendly. I just wish there were an S tier bowl shop in Berdoo.
