Good food good portions

The short Chinese lady at the front serving food was extremely rude and seemed upset just because I asked how long it would take for the orange chicken to be ready. She had started helping customers behind me without saying anything or letting me know I’d need to wait.l (tho i was patiently waiting 20min line already) When I politely asked how much longer it would be, she responded with a mean attitude and snapped that it would be five minutes, in a very uptight and rude tone.

I told her it was fine and that I no longer wanted to eat there. This was the only problem I’ve ever had coming here, but never again. This place was my last resort anyway, as their food is hit or miss. sometimes it’s greasy and gooey, and sometimes it’s not.

I'm tired of giving these folks chances, their cooks are hit and miss AT BEST, and it's absolutely shitty as a customer to never know if I'm going to be able to eat the things I paid for. Example, sometimes their hot and sour soup is edible, and sometimes they've dumped so many chili flakes in there and whole ass jalapenos that it leaves a chemical blister on your lips in one bite. There's hot plus flavor and that's great! Then there's whatever this is. It's pathetic and I'm sick of the bullshit; they never pick up the phone and there's no voicemail so they don't have to listen to the people they've ripped off like this.

I always come here but today I got here around 11:30am. The chowmain always good but today the bbq pork, orange chicken and sauté shrimp tasted BAD. You can tell it was from YESTERDAY. SMH not coming in early anymore

It's the place with the worst service of all the Chinese restaurants. The two ladies seem like they don't want to work. And if you ask for something extra, like a simple soy sauce and syracha, they get angry. The Asian lady almost got angry for asking for it. And they say it's only one bag per plate.
I spent almost $50 at the restaurant and they couldn't give me 2 more sauces and 2 soy sauces. ....

If they had told me that you have to pay extra for a simple bag, I wouldn't have bought anything better.

I usually don’t mind this place as it’s better than the other around. However, lately it’s just been worse.

We order two B combos and I saw that the bbq pork was low. I asked if there be more? As i was getting two orders. My side was bbq pork one slab was split in two between the orders which was about 5 -6 pieces and broccoli beef.

The bbq pork ended up being old meat sitting in juice with old end hard pieces. While the broccoli beef I only had 2 pieces of meat and the vegetable hardly cooked.

Definitely should’ve been more meat but oh well.

Terrible! Teriyaki chicken was charred and hard. Pepper Beef….chewy! Not juicy. Tough to eat. Onions and bell peppers huge compared to the beef! Chow mien… terrible. Wow! I’m not complaining but I demand more for my money.

It's literally okay noodles taste a little weird...chicken is that red chicken gross... fried rice is OK maybe that green bean pepper chicken gross and salty... everything was just ok...probably won't go here again if I do I'd better be starving.

We ordered a pork fried rice with a side of bar b q pork! The bbq pork that we ordered on the side was- at best- just okay!

But, the Pork they put on our pork fried rice was DISGUSTING! It was burnt, dried, and looked like yesterday’s left overs that sat under a heat lamp all day.

When we brought it to the young kady’s attention and she consulted with “her boss”, the lady said they couldn’t replace because we had already tasted it!

Believe me- we hadn’t! It was not edible! It was disgusting!

So- not only was the food disgusting, but their customer service was worst!

Besides me having to beat a smile out of the young ladies their food was really good. Wow, everything tasted so good. Definitely will be back. For a 2 item box it was under $11. What a tasty bargain.
