The waitress was slow, withdrawn, and lazy. I think she's from India, but that doesn't matter. What matters here is how slowly she took our order. She did it in two parts: she took half the order, left to attend to another table, and then much, much later, she came back to take the complete order. She also had a bad attitude. My children wanted to leave, and for them to say they wanted to leave because this place is their favorite, we've never been treated so badly.

It is very chill family orientated, nice music play list ,great service, no long waits the food is excellent. Fresh and hot . The burgers are my favorite. The classic or the bacon ranch avocado burger is better than any of the fast food places. I wish I would have known sooner how healthier they look taste and smell. Big sirloin patties, real meat cooked to your desire, minus the grease and pink slime. Even the lettuce and tomato are chosen fresh cuts. Not limp lettuce and fry tomato butts. Everything is crafted with care, every meal. I think that's what makes IHOP stand out.

Me and my daughter use to love this place, the tri-tip was the plate to have! But this place has become overpriced and the portions have gotten skimpy. So I just had a $5 dollar coffee and bounced.
