I'm actually at this restaurant eating right now. The food and service are so good that I had to write a review as I'm eating. It's a small restaurant with only 4 tables. When I travel to other countries like Korea, I generally look for small restaurants because their food is so phenomenal. This place is no different. The food is very tasty so you have to try it for yourself. I didn't take a pic because once I started eating, I kept on eating due to it being so tasty. Pricing is very reasonable as well here. Wow! Come try this place for yourself. You will be happy you did. đđ

This is a charming little spot that offers big flavors, living up to its name by delivering a jackpot of authentic Thai cuisine. Tucked away in a modest strip mall on Waterman Avenue, this cozy restaurant is a go-to for locals seeking an escape to the vibrant flavors of Thailand.
The menu is a treasure trove of classics, featuring everything from Pad Thai to Tom Yum Soup. For spice enthusiasts, the Drunken Noodles pack a punch, while the Yellow Curry is a creamy, savory delight that warms the soul. Their mango sticky rice is a must-try dessertâa perfectly sweet ending to your meal. Plus, the portions are generous, so youâll definitely feel like youâre getting your moneyâs worth.
One of the standout aspects of Jackpot Thai is the service. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Even on busy nights, they maintain a friendly and efficient demeanor that makes you feel right at home.
That said, the restaurantâs small size can be a bit of a drawback. With limited seating, itâs more suited for takeout or small parties rather than large groups. On peak evenings, you might find yourself waiting for a table or opting for takeout to enjoy at home.
The decor is simple and unassuming, but that adds to the charm. Jackpot Thai doesnât try to be something itâs notâitâs all about the food. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes, making it a great spot for a casual yet flavorful meal.
Overall, Jackpot Thai is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Thai cuisine in San Bernardino. Whether youâre a spice aficionado or just looking for comfort food with a little kick, youâll likely leave feeling satisfied and planning your next visit. Pro tip: call ahead for takeout on busy nights to skip the wait and enjoy this jackpot of flavors from the comfort of home.

Don't be fooled by the small business. The place packs enormous and delicious flavors. The house bbq fried rice is an impressive dish that gives you the chills as you savour every bite! The cashew nut chicken is not far behind. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try

Food and service were amazing. The person who attended me was very friendly and polite. I ordered the pad see ewe and an order of spring rolls. The pad see ewe was made quickly and was delicious. The spring rolls had a perfect amount of filling and fried perfectly. Canât wait to go back and try more dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Interesting place to try. The iced tea was tasty. The crispy pork belly was absolutely amazing to try. Two sauces that came with it were phenomenal. Had the n4 noodle meal. Had hints of fish sauce. Was rather tasty. Chicken for the meat was a bit dry. Can't beat the meal for the price though. Would try other dishes as well. Very friendly.

First time, on my lunch break.
Ordered the vegetables over rice (and I added chicken). I enjoyed my meal, and I will definitely return. Woman who served me was really nice. ?
Small place (only 4 tables). Dine-in or take-out. Can pay card or cash.
I was still at the place, when i have to run at the bathroom to DEFECATE/DIARRHEA! I had garlic chicken. Pad Thai, and Calamari? When i got home, i continue to have a diarrhea. I threw the rest of the food. The restroom is also Dirty and filthy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AT THIS PLACE....
