I've eaten here many times and my order is only occasionally correct. When I call to let the manager know, I get a response that amounts to something like, ...Lunchtime is busy and the staff don't always get everything correct...Really? Not a great way to run a business and I give up. I will say that, when my order was made correctly, it was delicious.

I dont even like that I have to give this place one star. My husband and I order online and almost always they either closing early when online says 10pm they are closing at 7PM. Or they dont have a driver. I understand not enough workers you gotta do something but at least give the money back. I waited 3 weeks for my refund from them and I had to call and basically they just redid my order and sent it out. This has not happened just once but 4 times.

This location doesn't really exist. The past two times I've gone it's been closed during business hours. The first time I showed up was a few weeks ago, around 6:30 on a Saturday night. The lights were on and the staff was inside, but when I tried to open the door it was locked. I knocked on the door figuring they didn't know it was locked, they just ignored me. A guy walks up and says "oh its closed huh?" He then unlocked it and went inside. Apparently he was an employee. He then came back out and told me that they closed early because it was slow. Okay, fair enough. I showed up tonight, 1/4/20, another Saturday, this time at 5:00PM. The lights were totally out and there was a sign on the window saying "Closed for the Holidays". Every other business in the area was open, except them. We won't be trying to eat there again.

The food is good. It's Jimmy Johns. The store is always clean when I go there but delivery is a joke. When I pick it up I know the sandwich literally takes seconds to make. I work on campus which is across the street. It should not take over 30 minutes to deliver. I'm looking at the tracker and we are at 40 min now and I still have no sandwich. I could have gone there and back 15 times. This is not acceptable. Oh and I work the tip into the order so I've tipped 20% for something that will take an hour. I could have went to the store, baked the bread, bought the ham, fried the potatoes and made my whole meal in this time. It's been over an hour and a half. Still no sandwich. I'm fading fast. Last time I order delivery.

The reviews made me super hesitant going here in the first place. Placed an online order a couple hours before they closed, drove over and they apparently decided to close early tonight. I at least got a refund, why advertise false time's your establishment is open?? Wasted taking the time to order online, and drive over. Female worker just kept saying closed, I understand, but you shouldn't be? Horrible customer service skills Update* decided to maybe try again and nope they're apparently closed at 6:30pm lmao This place is horrendous.

I want to first start off with saying, I've always been a fan of Jimmy John's sandwich's because of their bread and options. First walking in, we were very skeptical of their "B" rating because we were always told that it's very hard to receive a "B" rating, like there has to be something very wrong... but upon entry, it's a very clean environment and relevantly new. They advertise "freaky fast", to which I was expecting a couple of minutes for the three sandwiches I ordered, but I wasn't disappointed with the about 6 minute wait for the three sandwiches. Overall, great tasting food and clean environment, the workers were also nice and friendly so you can't go wrong there. I'll be coming back in the near future, don't let the "B" rating scare you away, whatever it was for.

Saw the B health rating on the way out. Gross. Service was bad too. The place was empty. I walk in and see the employees are standing there talking. I was asked to wait while they counted money, but they were doing nothing but talking when I walked in. Seems like the employees are trying to make people not want to come there. The first time I went to this location, it was right at 10:30AM and another customer was also waiting. The employees could see us waiting. Ten minutes later a girl came out and said they just started making the bread. Had to go elsewhere. Jimmy John's advertises about how fast they are but Its quite the opposite. Don't bother going here. Service is terrible, slow and the health rating is a B. How do you get a B health rating when all you make is sandwiches? I won't be returning.

I've always been skeptical about this place but, I was here about a week ago and I saw that they had taken down their "A" health grade from the front of the store. I heard the employees talking about how the health department came and scored them a "B" health grade but, the owner was too embarrassed to put it up and hasn't up it up since. Isn't this illegal?

Love the sandwiches at Jimmy John's, don't get me wrong. This rating is due entirely to the fact that although my neighbor ACROSS THE STREET from me can get delivery from our local store, my house, which is quite literally 50 feet away, is outside their delivery area.

The food and employees are nice but the cookies here are always SUPER expired!! I bought one that had a date back to 2017 but I thought that couldn't possible be the date. It tasted so bad and asked for another, still just as disgusting. The oatmeal ones have dates going to 2016. Someone needs to talk to inventory!! I usually love their cookies but it was so inedible!!
