Food was delicious! Had the pork potstickers, miso soup, crunchy dragon roll, and garlic edamame. Everything was perfect! Food was served quickly and freshly made. Service was very good as well.

Sat at the grill which seats 8 people, you get to engage people that are there seated with you, we're outgoing so the experience was pretty cool, joking with the couple that was seated with us.Andrew was the cook who had a great sense of humor, which enhanced the whole experience., and was extremely talented at his craft. Great place.

Horrible customer service, from the time I got here with the family, they had us wait 20 minutes to be seated but they had multiple places open to be seated only to put some napkins. And when we get to the table it was still dirty. The food took almost an hour to come out and our waiter Skyler, seemed to have no ideas on how to take an order as the kept bringing the wrong food out. I don’t understand why one server was in charge of such a huge section, as we had to keep waiting on refills. Only reason I give it two stars was the food was good. But definitely would not come back.

Absolutely the worst tonight! And I've been coming to Shogun for over 25 years. My review on Yelp pretty much covers it but I thought people here should know too. We will definitely not be returning. I should have just burned my $120.00! The food and service was terrible!

I was truly disappointed in spending my hard earned money in this all-show, terrible food establishment. If you expect a dinning experience, this is not the place. if you had a couple of drinks you might as well go to cheap fast food restaurant and you won't be able to tell the difference and save money and brag how great the fast food place is. I went there with a party of 12, the steak was bland, shrimp tuff, dressing on salad frozen and some of the lettuce was brown.. to top it off their fried rice was super oily , with a taste of cheap butter and truly bad food with an over-priced tag. I guess you pay for the rent and not good food. One star is too many.

I have been to plenty of Japanese steak houses but this place has the best grill show and the cooks had new and better jokes than other place I have been. The owner came out to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.
Had a fantastic experience in this spot with my kids. The food was served rapidly and the service is just awesome. Prices are fair.

I'm surprised to be the first reviewer. We are here from the UK working in the area so were trying out all local restaurants. The eating areas are spacious and have a great atmosphere. There are three cook and eat stations, where you can be entertained by the chef as he cooks your food. Wide range Japanese dishes available, all turned out to be very tasty. Very well entertained by our chef. Reasonable value. I you are in the area you should check this place out, even if you think you don;t like Japanese food you'll find something wou'll like here.

Took my cuzsin to Apple Bees for her birthday. November. 2019 and I ordered the grilled chicken with steamed asparagus. Order extra sauce for chicken. My mashed potatoes where perfect with gravy. Great price $10.00 Great service. I will definitely be coming back
