On Sunday at 4 ish pm the Mexican people kelp going inna back to break room not watching the food .he has a ponytail and it like dude stand in the front ... when we had black ppl they services us well .. was in they posting spots no problem w having them service usno not race things just they took longer for our meal .and it like why you doing that when family came in front of us was Mexican you hurry they meal .

DO NOT COME HERE . I came 30 minutes before close waited 15 minutes for someone to actually take me order and once I get to the window I hand the cashier 100$ and then proceeds to tell me there is no change so I since I didn’t wanna hold up traffic in line I asked for my food to be held while I go around and set up my Apple Pay . In order to come back around and for them to tell me they threw my food away and no one wanted to claim responsibility for this situation what an awful experience. they didn’t even want to remake my order all I got was a “we close at 9:30” as she closed the window and walked away

The employees working were not rude, but we're all hanging out in the back. There's obviously work to be done at this place. The atmosphere was not appealing. The floors were sticky and doesn't seem like anyone had taken out the trash. I can imagine why this place has so many negative reviews. Someone from corporate should really get a handle on this location. They can use someone who cares. The reviews say everything you need to know. I probably should have read them before deciding to have lunch here.

I brought a 3 piece chicken meal, ate one drumstick and half of another before I got sick and took it back and was told by the manager Bianca that they wouldn't take it because I ate half the food. Out of 3 pieces one and half pieces of chicken, half of a hard biscuit and I didn't touch the coleslaw, I paid almost $14 and couldn't enjoy a decent meal! Never, ever go to this location. Once I went inside to return the food, it smelled and looked unclean. Horrible customer service, unfresh food??????

I try my best to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I just can't go there anymore! I've been there a few times in the last three months and everytime I order something, it isn't right. The area is nice but, one day it's we're only accepting card, another day we're only accepting exact change, the chicken not cooked properly, super hard french fries, they're out chicken strips or just getting my order wrong completely. I'm done with this spot it's just not what it use to be.

First of all the service there took absolutely very long when no other person was in line. Food was so disgusting, and the food was brang to me so quickly that I could already recognize it was going to be cold. The french fries and chicken tastsed somewhat like it’s been sitting there for a day, and my chicken wasn’t even seasoned or cooked well. Me and my mother are dissatisfied about our food & couldn’t eat it anymore because we both ended up throwing up and gagging!! If i could rate zero stars i would. P.S I saw many employees sitting there in the dining room on their phones.

Most rude fast food workers I've ever came across. Location should shut down according to the reviews. I asked for the corporate number and the rude tangled hair "employee" said to Google it. So since I was on Google decided to leave this review.They locked me out of the dining room at 7pm on Monday 10/16/2023. Need to wash there hands. These guys are very disgusting, scratching themselves and handling food ?, phones and putting headphones in there ears. They do not know sanitation at all. And the "manager" she was a coward and didn't even apologize. Go to the Highland and H st.

I ordered the 8pc Hot & Spicy wing meal at $7.99, asked for mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side as my side, an additional side of mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side and an individual French fries and my total was $25 and change, I paid even though I thought the total seemed kinda high, lady gave me my card back with no receipt so I asked for a receipt in which I noticed an almost $7 charge for gravy. I asked to clarify the charge and she advised I was being charged for two sides of gravy. I asked if I was being charged for asking for the gravy on the side and she replied yes. I was like I’m not paying for something that already comes on the potatoes so I asked them to just put the gravy on the potatoes and to refund me for the gravy. The first lady calls over another lady for assistance and she went to give me a dollar and change, I asked why it was only a dollar with change if they charged me $6 and change?! I was frustrated at this point and just asked for a full refund. Both ladies were not rude so to speak but they were definitely not nice and seemed bothered to assist me.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! By far the worst kfc I have ever been too, place is dirty, workers are beyond terrible (don't know how they have jobs tbh), food tastes like it's from days ago which is gross, food is all over the place in the back mixed with other stuff and looks like the dirty food has just been sitting there all day like nobody has bothered to clean up or wipe down the area all day it's just a complete mess. I mean honestly don't even want to eat the food but asking for a refund here would do nothing but cause issues and nobody's trying to get yelled at for their poor work and attitude. I'm wondering how this place isn't rated a C
