Luau Maui Hawaiian BBQ

The food here is always consistent. My favorite is the Chicken Katsu Meal. Dining in is great and a plus for me is having the Fuze brand of raspberry tea, which is my favorite. Only negative experience was ordering by phone when i asked to not include veggies, but I got them anyways. Overall it’s great though. I highly recommend.

Came in cashier came out pushing mop, bucket did not wash his hands very unhelpful in assisting me with ordering my food with detail I ordered two meals they came with no drink told me they were extra cost. Then his jewelry fell off of his arm, and he proceeded to put it back on again with unwashed hands to put back on for about 30 to 45 seconds, and then squeeze some hand sanitizer, rubbing it half way through proceeded to get the food from the window to bag it with unwashed hands

Service here is the worse, some of the employees act like you are ruining their day. I was telling the cashier my order and he is holding up his hand and looking at his rings, like I'm interrupting something more important. Finally acknowledges my order and says ok, I
just order one more item and he finally starts pressing the register. This is not the first time the cashiers acted like that and unfortunately going to Ono in Redlands is no different, just the same issue. I don't know if it's a young generation issue or the restaurants arent training these people with good customer service, but its so disrespectful and if you dont mind having some snot nose 20 year old getting annoyed for doing their job, this is the place for you. I'm done. The food isn't worth it either.

Delicious food and it’s fresh! Made to order, called it in . Showed up under 10 minutes and it came right up. Chicken katsu is always my go to and it was delicious and crispy. Servings are big as well you can share! Came with 2 scoops of rice and one macaroni which was delicious! On a bed of cabbage. Located off the 10 freeway and tipacanno here in San Bernardino . Infront of the Sam’s club . Check it out! Great price too under 13 dollars

Most of the time the BBQ beef, rice and macaroni salad are very good. So maybe they have changed or added a cook because tonight it wasn't up to par. Meat wasn't cut as thin and was a little touch. Also, portion was more cabbage than meat. Some minor adjustments and I could give it the usual five stars. Thank you for your great food!

Great place for a lunch break! They have amazing portions for a fair price. The beef is usually better than the chicken but you could try a combo platter. The curry chicken was not amazing, its just the grilled chicken with a few spices and veggies added.
This is one of our top choices when having lunch in the area for the price and speed.
