I am here right now and the worker that helped me was rude and very unfriendly. They called my number and didn’t tell me where my order was. I asked for a spoon she ignored me and I had to get another employees attention. The ice tea was old but the food was decent. The restaurant looks dirty.

I usually visit this McDonald on Sunday evening. Sunday the 3 went thru the drive thru just order 2 six dollar meals. They send me to the front to park and wait for my food after 15 minutes of waiting and seeing about 12 cars goin and out thru the drive thru I got off my car and went inside to pick up my order. I asked for my order and a young lady told me it’s not ready I told her I been watching all this cars go in and out the drive thru . The young lady said it’s not ready I can give you your money back I sails I want my order. After going back and forth in an argument with her she tells another young lady to give me my meal. All along the bag of my order was sitting on the counter. Instead of the young lady giving my order when I asked for she wanted to lie and argue. I understand this young kids are under a lot of stress because management cuts workers and has them stressing trying to work. But when your order is sitting on that counter this young lady needs to have respect to the customer.

Not even sure why I bother coming here anymore. Ordered my food on the kiosk cuz no one is even bothering to take orders at the front. Sat there for about 20 minutes before someone asked "are you waiting for something?" When I finally got my food it's like it had been sitting back there for about 10-15 minutes already even though they had just made it. Soda machine was all carbonation. No salt packets at all. Staff was overall rude and not even paying attention to customers. Go the extra distance to grand terrace. Get it together guys. This uses to be a good one. Also could ya maybe not let homeless people unload all their stuff over the seating area?

To the female black manager, you are incredibly rude, unfriendly, rushed, and no wonder you wouldn't give us your name, you knew you'd be in a lot of trouble because of how you speak to both the staff and your customers. You need to be fired and replaced immediately! We filed a complaint to corporate as well!
