If I could give this place a -9 I would definitely!!! The point is only because they have live bands. But the band charges $30 for a happy birthday song. It’s a little ridiculous. We arrived at 7:30 PM and didn’t get out till 9:54. The service is terrible!! The food takes forever to be served. I ordered the seafood platter that comes with rice and beans for $110. The rice and beans never arrived!! And when we told the server he argued with me that it didn’t come with rice and beans when it clearly says it on the menu! When I spoke to the manager I explained to him that one of my kids didn’t like seafood which was the reason why I ordered this platter because it came with rice and beans for my child to eat. She didn’t eat all night waiting for her rice and beans! This was her birthday celebration to make things worse!!!! Only for another server to tell us they had run out of rice and beans. Karina said she would give us credit for the food we didn’t get and offered to make my daughter some tacos. Thank you Karina. We drove 3 hrs to come eat here! Waste of time!! And money!!! The food is mediocre, I can’t even say the food we ate was delicious, it was nothing special! Oh and before I forget, unless you order alcoholic drinks get ready to drink can soda or water from a water bottle!!! Ahhh and the best part… the chips and salsa basket is only free at the initial time of arrival… and only one basket for a table of 6 people! If you ask for more chips and salsa they charge you that order, mind you we waited over an hr for our food to arrive!!! Save your time and money!!! Stay away from this place!!! Go to red lobster down the street you’ll get a better experience there.

Service is at negative 10. I’m not at all prejudice but this server was a gay male. Gave us horrible uncalled for looks. He was taking our order then right in the middle of telling him, he leaves and states he’ll be back. I’m sorry, what??? What kind of service is that. He took forever to bring anything that was requested from him. Definitely changed my mind of this place. This is not free. We are paying for service and food. Don’t come here if service is important to you.

We tried this place out on. Saturday. We got there early around 6pm and were seated right away. We had fish tacos and Aguachile and our food came out so fast. Our drinks were very strong. They had a 12 person band that was very good, we will be back with more friends soon!

I wanted to try this restaurant since I saw it on the freeway. My husband and I walked in and immediately felt a dark vibe at this place. It smelled dirty and the staff took 10 minutes to acknowledge us as they were busy chatting away and gossiping about each other and their own customers. Finally, a lady came and asked for how many. We told her 2 and she said ok, walked away and sat us down 5 minutes after in the table in front of us as most of the restaurant was empty. A lady walked up quick after and asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered and they took 20 minutes to bring us our drink. We had our drink (the michelada was eh) and waited around 20 something minutes for someone to take our order and when no one came even after they were only about 20% capacity, we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. The next day, I mentioned to a friend about the horrible service this place has and she said it was good we left because the food is not all that and over priced. We didn't try the food so I can't write a review based on food so I'm glad..

I ordered the ceviche, it was mostly tomato and onion and a few small shrimp. Every time I go it seems like they raise their prices. Molcajete cost $80. Worst part is, they have a 20% “service fee”. Might as well charge an entrance fee.

Weak service, tasteless food @ room temperature,
I get it’s a live music venue but I can’t have a conversation with my party. Extremely loud…
Never again..

Spent the nieces birthday here because she wanted to try it out. Food was mediocre along with the drinks. Overpriced and service was poor. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks and we’re the only party present. I won’t be a returning customer.
The host, Servers, and all were great.
Had a great time the ambiance was a vibe. It was a full place they had stand-up comedy and a Dj afterward.
Overall it was a great experience

I went here for a concert last month. I just think it's in bad taste to charge whatever they want for drinks meaning I ordered at the restaurant part and it was one price and at the concert it was another. At the end of the night I asked for 2 waters gave the bartender a $20 he gave me $2 back 😳😳 and it was crystal geyser water lol. A can of soap was $7 I know going out it gets pricey but geez a few drinks 2 waters and 2 sodas cost me $200 and they charge a service charge everytime you order something. SMH

The attention of the waitresses and the entertainers is excellent, the atmosphere is good except that the music is too loud that you can't lose or talk without having to shout

This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I have to say, the atmosphere was fantastic. There was live Banda music playing, which added such a fun, vibrant touch to the experience. Despite how busy it was, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on us and offering excellent recommendations. The drinks were also top-notch — I had a few cocktails, and my friend raved about their alcoholic beverages as well.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything is made fresh to order, so while it takes a little longer to come out, it's definitely worth the wait. The restrooms and interior were spotless, which really shows how much pride they take in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
It is on the pricier side, but when you're out for Mariscos, that's to be expected. Overall, I would say it's totally worth both the price and the drive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
