Customer service desk is horrible and bad attitude regarding information on transition to virtual card system, also very bad return policy on multiple occasions, never had an issue at Costco but every single time at Sam’s with returns. Never anyone around and near the pumps to help you resolve issues with the gas station

Please do not take your car here the mechanics are the worst. I took my care here last year to get new tires. I went into shop while they were working on it. I kept getting notifications that my car was on and need to be turned off from my phone. I run out and see that all my car doors are open and the car was on. Which didn't make any sense because he was just changing my tire. I go around the corner to Jumba Juice and when I come out the battery is dead. They claimed no fault. I had to tow my car and get the battery replace. Then two days later one of the tires pop. I speak with the manager who does give in and replaces the tire. Fast forward to today. I need to check if there is a nail in one of the tires. I take it to my local shop because even with the warranty I don't want to go back to Sam's Club. I got to the back of my trunk where there is storage for the master key and guess what is not there. They are the gift that keeps giving months after you have had service with them.

If you are thinking about using the curbside pick-up, do yourself a favor and just go inside. They will take their sweet time. It looked like a car meet the way the other customers were waiting outside their car for their respective orders. Talked to a couple as well and they had been waiting for 2 hours!! Never again.

You can definitively save by buying in bulk. Sam's club has pretty much everything you need for all your household stuff but I like to look at their "on-sale" section whenever possible. Basically, it's stuff at way lower pricing that they won't be selling anymore but it's still backed up by their guarantee and warranty.
New products are usually cheaper than online competitors and even other box stores. They also have some hidden coupons so keep an eye out because sometimes it's worth buying it online from them with free pickup or free shipping and can save you between $20-$70 on electronics on their already low prices.
