Starbucks is a relaxed and pleasant coffee shop with an attentive and understanding manager, Marcella, who is willing to promptly correct any errors. The one down the street has a bright white interior that feels like a hospital, but this location allows customers to relax their eyes. Marlenis, an outstanding employee, provides excellent customer service and helps customers try new drinks. The coffee is made just right, and the staff is very nice and helpful.
