El Pollo Loco offers good food, but some customers have had issues with the service, particularly at the drive-thru. Some reviewers have reported receiving their food with a lack of care, with staff seemingly unwilling to provide extra attention or assistance. Atmosphere is not a concern for those who dine through the drive-thru, as reviews focus on the service and food quality.
