I go out of my way to come to this specific location, so much so they recognize me when I come in. I have ten different starbucks within the same radius of my home and while heading out for work. However, i go out of my way to go to the one on Highland Avenue and Sterling. I've gone to the other locations and I order when anything that has chai It tastes like milk even when I order and pay for extra pumps or it. This location always makes sure that my drink is made perfectly...
I frequent this starbucks and the staff in the drive thru is amazing. I rarely go into the store but I know the drive thru employees have a good vibe about them.
Marcella is also great.
I've been through a lot of other starbucks drive thrus and they aren't as friendly as they are here.
Oh and when I ask for extra caramel and whip they understand the assignment at this particular store.

I come here every day for my specific iced coffee, and I decided to try another Starbucks and they messed up my drink, so I decided to come back to my home Starbucks and they remade my drink. Thank you Nevah You are the best.
