The food is very good but the service, the bearded boy who takes the orders does not say a single word, a disastrous attitude. I ordered a plate of birria and the sour beans were already spoiled.

This is the best food truck I’ve ever eaten from. The food is great and the service is excellent! I am a frequent flyer at this point, averaging at least 3 times a week at minimum. The employees make me feel special and they take great care of me… Rafael is the man, He always has a positive attitude and awesome energy! Thank you guys for taking such good care of us! Don’t ever leave! ????

This taco truck has been my go to place when i want authentic and great tasting tacos. Their tripas taco has been the best i’ve tasted. Tried others, but i keep coming back to this place.

Rafa is awesome. It was my bday and he offered me their beef torta. It was sooo delicious. The bread was just the right toast and the meat was plentiful. I think i just discovered my second favorite item!

I'm truly upset that they got a B ALL because they had the salsa and condiments outside where everyone could get their own. I think that is so stupid. I've been eating there for over a year with thr condiments ON THE OUTSIDE and everything was just fine. Never had a issue. Other than that, I absolutely love this food truck and I am, for the most part never disappointed. We'll, atleast when Gordo is working. When he's cooking the food he always puts extra love into it. Other cooks will sometimes really skimp on the meat, or overcook it. Gordo....he's the best one! I usually always get 1 cabeza, 1 tripa, and 1 lengua taco. Hubby always gets 3 to 4 al pastor tacos. Never disappointed with the tacos....ESPECIALLY when Gordo makes them lol I can't stress enough how amazing he is. Sometimes when I say I don't want Dorado tripas....I still get Dorado tripas and it's annoying. Other than MINOR inconveniences, this place is perfect.

Got a burrito and didn’t expect it to be that good, when I took a bite the cheese melted in my mouth and it was like delicious, especially the agua de pepino con limón when your thirsty. Their avocado sauce is the best

Stop being disappointed by mediocre Mexican restaurants that fill you up on tortilla chips and combination plates, and have a tailgate party in the parking lot with Tacos La Baja!

Street food is a new thing. I've been wanting to stop, and I'm glad we did. They make their own taco shells, everything is fresh, and they have $2 tacos. We had al pastor, which is crispy, slightly sweet pork. We had the tacos and a burrito that comes with rice & beans, and it was all good!

Drawbacks: No tables; when it gets dark, homeless and drug people come out of the woodwork. When we visited, there were 2 of each.

People don't seem to mind, and everyone seems to know their place, but just beware of your surroundings. It's worth it though, just have your pepper spray ready and if you don't need it, you can use it on the tacos -- not that you'll need to.

Tacos La Baja has numerous varieties of salsa that are all good and they aren't like other places that have watery tomatoes, onions and cilantro and call it pico de Gallo. They are the real deal.

There are numerous other trucks and stands at the location in front of Target, so make sure you know who you'r bartering with. Maybe visit the others for samplings, but remember, Tacos La Baja is it!

Parking: At Target, but gets busy.

Order a quesabirria...
It was golden brown on top and all watery on the bottom and little cheese.
It was not bad
And we ordered tripe and head tacos
Those were good
They take a long time to serve you so you have to be patient.
