This restaurant has excellent homemade food, it’s very clean and the waiters are super nice. We had wonderful margaritas, carnitas and tres leches cake. It is very clean and has comfortable booths plus a nice party room.
I have not explored the menu much because every time I go there, I get the Adelita Stake.
But when they ask for the type of tortilla that you want, I would recommend corn since it's handmade and super fresh.
The place is nice and clean, plenty of parking during weekdays.
I look forward to trying more options of the menu and update my review.

Lunchtime at Pancho Villas PV's Fresh Grill. I recommend the Carne Asada burrito with guacamole and sour cream. Green chili salsa on the side. The flour tortilla was just like Grandma used to make. The carne asada was juicy and tender; the burrito was a respectable size. I really enjoyed every bite. The to drink only comes in one size, I'd call it a shmedium (small/ medium).
