This place is small and usually pretty busy. People who work here are nice and helpful. Prices seem a little steep, but I think it's the norm nowadays. Can't go wrong with jamoca almond fudge.

Excuse me!!??? $6.35 for a single scoop and some hit fudge? Wtfudge?? I can get a pint a very good ice cream for $6.99 in a supermarketAND the scoop was hallow! Never coming here again?

Good ice cream
2 stars for the cake only. I am in a wheelchair & sent my caregiver to pickup the cake I ordered online. She said there were 4 employees in the store & she was the only customer. One employee looked twice for the cake and told my caregiver she was at the wrong store. She asked them to look it up by my phone number. Surprise, the cake was found. 15 minutes of frustration & delay and no apology. None of the other employees stepped in to help. Your system is broken for online orders & your employees are clueless on how to serve customers. Loved the cake, hated I had to listen to someone, who was doing me a favor, complain.

Night time crew has no customer service. Especial phenix we had been waiting in line, she acted like she was busy. A friend of hers walks in and she helped him. She has discriminated my husband and I . Closed your stores if you can not have great staff.

Good place for Ice Cream lovers.
Had a huge order some made of 1 scoop in cups n sundaes. All the cups were towering over the cup. The sundae with all the fixins was below cup line. Highly disappointed!
Please update your hours on google to be accurate. Drove a long way to get here only to find it closed. It says open 24 hours. You would think people don’t check time on google but unfortunately they do :)
place is great love it!!!! lol… this is the manager though!!! and we CLOSE AT 9 PM AS OF 3/11/22 I literally spoke to google about it over the phone that WE’RE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!! they haven’t changed it !!! I’m sorry for the confusion!!
Went to Cold Stone instead since they’re really stiffing us with the hot fudge lately.
