I’m not expecting Chili’s to WOW me, but the service is terrible here. (Used to be better before. Now it’s non existent) We saw our server when they took the order, and when we couldn’t get the tablet to pay the bill to work. The front entryway smells like urine. Bathroom was WILD! 4 urinal mats in 1 urinal! For the money, it’s Chili’s.

This Chili's location has been around for at least 3 decades. It's a bit overdue for a renovation, very dark, grimy and sticky with a lurky bar area. That aside, just go in for their 3 for me $10.99 lunch menu, pick a main, side, and drink. Not a bad deal. We picked The Big Smasher burger, side salad, and iced tea. The burger came before the salad, but the server apologized and found our salad quickly. We also redeemed our free chips and salsa reward. Chips were nice and crispy, salsa not bad--tastes just like Pace! Fries were very good as well, not too salty. Going to rave about the smashed burger. Its a Beast and definitely best to split it to avoid lunch coma. Great patty, nicely melted Swiss, piles of shredded lettuce, bits of chopped red onion, and pickles. A joy to eat, super satisfying. It's nice that they didn't include tomato as it would've been a mess. Pleasantly surprised about going to Chili's for a good lunch. 8 out of 10, will definitely come back. Just not a fan of sticky booths.

Here's your review: So, I went here because the hotel I stayed at had bad service at their restaurant. It was cold outside and no I did not want to go outside lol
But I braved the cold and yes it was worth it, Im stuffed.
I ordered the southwest chicken egg rolls, mango half&half (Arnold Palmer), Cajun pasta with both shrimp and chicken, and took my Reese pie to go. Total was a little over $50 for just me, it was more than I usually spend by myself at a Chili's but Im stuff like a Thanksgiving turkey and the food was good 😋🥰
I had to pay with my airline vouchers for some of the meal and cover the rest on my own, they had no problem and walked me through without judgment.
Some other places I have used airline vouchers at had issues. But this place, no problem.
They were also high alert about my food allergy, which I appreciated 👏 💐
For atmosphere the only reason I did a 4/5 is because I was sat at a dirty table then they came and cleaned it while I sat instead of sitting me somewhere else or at the bar while they clean.
Other than that, everything else was awesome. Thank you so much for having me. I'll definitely go there again.

Other than the over cooked and the burnt ribs, food was okay. I understand that it was Valentines day, but the service was incredibly horrid. Lack of people skills to say the least. If and I mean if our waitress was exhausted with making too much tip or if she was over worked, then switch off or take some breaks. Should of gone to BJ Brewery instead so I didn't have to deal with the horrible service.

It’s been forever since I’ve been to Chili’s and it’s been as good as the last visit! Our server at Chili’s 🌶️ was quick and attentive and on top of everything once seated, took our drink order, came back bec we were not ready what to order. But once the ticket was in it was a quick food turnaround too! My chicken pasta was moist and saucy & my brother’s chicken tenders were hefty! Too bad we didn’t have any room for dessert which we went somewhere else in a few. 2 things worth mentioning: U can pay at ur own table with the small credit card machine and….watch the first door bec it slams right behind u! 🚪😂
