Chili's burgers aren't what they used to be. Big, flavorful, delicious. I was extra hungry so I ordered a double patty burger. Waitress was distracted, what came out was a single patty. Fine. When it was time to pay, I was told I had to use the tablet device on the table, but it didn't work. Rather than just process my payment the old school way, they took the tablet away for 5 minutes and brought it back for me to use it to pay. And I'm expected to tip? Nah.

There was this guy who just like sat himself down at a open table, demanded the servers bus it for him and then was very rude taking his order. Very entertaining! The wicked margs were yummy 😋

Please do make a reservation especially during holidays and weekends! We walked in and the wait time was 70 minutes! Service is good. They manage the crowd efficiently, they are polite and try their best.

Good parking lot size. Was very crowded due to the popularity of the wicked drink. Had to put our names down and was texted when table was ready. The server was knowledgeable and gave suggestions. The appetizers came out quickly but the drink too the longest. Was excepted due to the drink being popular. Overall good experience and it is was you would expect from a fast food chain.
Enjoyed a veggie burger for lunch with fries. Very nice sever. Fast service. Convenient spot
