Chef Rick Martinez should warn people that his food is so spicy. We were looking for flavor. Anyone can make spicy food so what’s the point of that? Thanks for the heartburn.

I recently had lunch at Local Kitchen, and I must say, it was a pretty laid-back experience. The atmosphere was really nice—quiet with just the right amount of background noise, which made for a comfortable spot to relax.
For my meal, I ordered the Fried Chicken Salad, the Sushirito Sumo Roll, and some Fried Chicken Strips. Let me start with the Fried Chicken Salad—it was delightful! The chicken was crispy and seasoned perfectly, and it had a good mix of fresh greens that made it feel wholesome.
Then there was the Sushirito Sumo Roll. Wow! It was a fun twist on sushi, packed with flavor and a satisfying crunch. I loved how it combined the best of both sushi and burrito worlds; it was filling without being too heavy. The Fried Chicken Strips were delicious too. Their crispy coating was just right, and the chicken inside was juicy. Perfect for dipping!
Overall, my experience at Local Kitchen was great. The food was tasty and fresh, and the vibe was just what I needed for an easy lunch. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

As is always my experience, the food is fantastic, staff are very accommodating, and there are myriad choices to suit whatever one is craving. Plus during the weekends this is one of the very few places open later. I have only had positive experiences from the get go. Thank you for an eatery well run!

i am so glad we are neighbors! love the format/order px, prices are fair (+ deals), convenient location, clean and bright inside w an open clean looking kitchen, good music, had screens with my order getting tracked and a very friendly kind person who gave it to me after a couple minutes of waiting. my food was fresh and really good and quite deceptively huge portions imo. like what else could you possibly want????? love u 😘

Big fan of LK. It’s such an easy choice when everyone wants something different to eat. My go to is the 6x8 from Square Pie Guys. Burgers are good, sushi and burrito’s are great as well.
When ordering in person the staff is super friendly and helpful. Online support is also on top of it as well. They are quick to get you sorted if you have any issues. One of my favorite spots for take out

This location would earn a higher review but for the complete lack or organization. If you're picking up your order at the counter, expect every Doordash/delivery driver to jump in front and be served ahead of you (3 delivery riders jumped in front of me!). The staff need to be trained on how to handle orders, or else they should use a numbering system.

Zain is my highlight at the local kitchen. Great man. I like everything about him. Good food options, but I don’t think they take cash. Boba is mid, and nothing too crazy. I don’t understand paying for boba from a place called boba guy; I feel it should be included already.

Every time I order something I’m greeted by a smile when I pick it up. I just got free delivery, I don’t know if it’s always free but I’m grateful. I took a shower and by the time I came out of the shower my food was there at the front door. This really is high-quality food with great service.

Saw the Facebook ads on truffle burger so I had to stop by. Ordered the truffle fries and sushirrito and they did not disappoint (ate the fries too quickly and forgot to take pics). Thank you and will definitely come back for more!
