We visited early in the evening on a Saturday. Main reason we chose this pace is it was a short walk from our hotel. Lucky for us, as it turns out, this is the quintessential neighborhood dive bar, where everybody knows your name. Our bartender was very friendly as were all of the patrons we met. We have one more night in San Bruno so after we do our touristy stuff in SF we will finish our night here!
Was in San Bruno on a Thursday evening and we ordered take out but wanted to hang out more so I looked up any bars or dive bars around. I called and asked if we can bring in outside food and I think the Irish Owner answered and he said yeah sure you can bring whatever you like. So we brought out Korean fried chicken close to around 9pm and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves in the beginning.
