The donuts here have always been fantastic. However I had to remove a star because I don't like that half a dozen donuts are served in a bag. They should be using a box. A bag only makes sense when you're ordering a few donuts, not when you're order half a dozen or more. Because of this, the icing if some of the donuts stuck to the paper.

We found a bug in the lemon-filled donut. It looked like a gnat, one of the regular bugs that fly around. We have photos of it as well. We have never found bugs in the donuts before though, so it could have been a one time thing. 12-13 donuts for $27.30. It’s usually been a good place but maybe after a long day it isn’t a good moment to get donuts. Also, there isn’t a way to contact Rolling Pin - no email, website, or active phone number. My donut was a powdered one and I enjoyed it even though it looked entirely dusted of powdered sugar 💔

Great Doughnuts and Coffee. If your flying in or out of SFO check them out. I have been going here since I was a baby. Moved away to the east coast and still visit every chance I get.

Rolling Pin Donuts is amazing! The donuts are fresh, soft, and full of flavor—truly some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. It’s a perfect spot for a sweet treat or morning pick-me-up. Highly recommend Rolling Pin Donuts to anyone in the area!

Edit 2025: prices have gone way up and quality down—got donut that sadly was mainly oil tasting…don’t think I will be back anytime soon! They do accept cards now…BUT with a 4% up charge…come on it’s 2025…

Awesome quality donuts! Currently only allowing 4 people into the shop at once with covid restrictions. My fave is the glazed or powdered raspberry filled.

Also open 24 hours so anytime you’re craving a GOOD donut come here day or night!!

Always a great place to get fresh donuts. Its my go to. Donuts have gotten expensive though.

Horrible place. The lady, wiped her nose, and then took money from a guy behind me, and then put her hand in my bag. If you want to get sick, this is the place to come. So unsanitary.

Sadly extremely over priced. Left store with 8 old fashion donuts on 10/15/25.... cost $16.60 = $2.075 per donut. No prices anywhere. Donuts were very standard. Should have gone to grocery store for boxed and definitely cheaper. Sad I spend the money. Shop is taking advantage.
