I ordered a latte online 15:14 , then go to pick up but wasnt ready and l ask them to cancel it they told me we’re working on it. Many people walk in and order and they took in 5 mins. Yeah finally they made my coffe after waiting 26 MINUTES . They need some fast baristas for sure. This is not first time that l had this experience here.

I used to like ordering here, but the recent experiences were prettg ick. Ordered a regular small coffee but it's not ready after 20mins - It's just coffee! Less than 5 drinks were available at the pick up counter. 2 staff were working - 1 cashier 1 barista, both very slow!
A lot of ppl have been waiting for > 15mins and started complaining. Then someone walked out from the kitchen - they could have come out earlier to help!

Ordered my coffee as usual this morning (mobile) but when I showed up I still had to wait when it was pretty quiet in there and most if not all the staff were standing around talking more than working. When I asked if she used heavy cream as Ordered (it looked like she used regular milk) she gave a slight attitude and said If u ordered heavy cream then it's heavy cream. I just grabbed my drink and left. Hopefully, tomorrow is a better day for her.😆

I saw that they don't give free water to the homeless. And it's ridiculous that they only use the toilets for customers these days. I'm a regular customer but they keep sending others back. It's ridiculous.

They made me an iced coffee when I asked for warm, not hot coffee. The cashiers are ignoring customers as well. I'm not happy with this location.
Never come after 12.. morning shift coffee and staffs are the best.

I go to this location all the time and everything is usually great! However this morning i had ordered my drink and when i received it, it was not full to the top. I had asked the barista about it, she seemed annoyed and told me thats how the drink was, that she hadnt shaken it (it was a shaken espresso) and something about the amount they put into the drink. And while i get that mistakes happen i feel like instead of offering me a better experience (being made a new drink, a discount, literally anything) i was essentially told that “it is what it is” and was forced to pay for a drink that was not at all their usual standard. Im not usually one to complain but the fact that i brought it up and still nothing was done kind of shocked me.

Manager purposely shuts off apps orders and makes all drinks sold out online…
Please just fix the restroom door. Another customer was able to barge in with the door locked
