Delicious food, quiet atmosphere, attentive staff. We went on a cold rainy weeknight, so the Tomato/Basil soup really hit the spot. The sole has a nice texture and cooked just right. The seared sole has a slight crispness on the outside and soft flakiness inside. We will definitely be back.
Food was great, we ordered some pasta and both the sauces and the pasta itself were cooked to perfection. We got a recommendation for a wine and while I didn't particularly like it, it wasn't bad. Really, it is a good place, we are definitely coming back.
My Friend and I loved, loved Pranzi! The Calamari was a little oily- but we like it like that! The Italian Paella was fantastic - I had to go to the Sous Chef to tell him those were the best-cooked scallops I've ever had. My Friend and I didn't care fir the chicjen pieces which we found bland but swirl it in that sauce and it was fine. Their Mousse Cake was delicious and adding chocolate curls and whipped cream with fresh mint elevated the dessert. We will be back...hopefully...
