For a pricey meal, it was disappointing to have under seasoned salmon. Crème brûlée was overcooked and not creamy at all, and we all agreed the sugar topping was burnt and very bitter.
First time at Pranzi...loved everything! Ambience, service and food were the best! Our server, Matt, was friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us. The owner and staff knowing that it was first time, went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be. We will definitely be back soon!,
The warm décor and service - our waiter, Matt, was great - are top-notch. We enjoyed the calamari, the wagyu burger and fries (a seriously hefty burger that makes a meal for two) and the tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, garlic, tartufata and green onion. They are accommodating to diner's needs, e.g., I requested light on the truffle oil and the server immediately understood. Bonus: they serve their own warm, heavenly light, freshly-baked bread with olive oil and balsamic...
