FABULOUS BEER ! We are so lucky to have this brewery so close to home up in the hills of beautiful San Clemente. A few hours after our long flight back from Italy we headed over here on Friday, April 4th for PIZZA & BEER. The place was going off because Bruddy's Pizza were serving up their amazing pizzas. We parked our wheels in the private parking lot out front around 6pm and then headed inside the brewery. I ran into Chris one of the co-owners who introduced me to his lovely wife Dani. NEXT UP ! I caught up with Noah the head brewer behind the bar and grabbed a Lo - Vis Hazy IPA....a very good beer indeed ! My wife and I enjoyed a delicious pizza from Bruddy's Pizza while enjoying Anthony the talented singer / guitarist knocking out some great tunes. GREAT BEER GREAT VIBE !

FABULOUS BEER ! What a thrill that Noah the Head Brewer invited us up here for a tour and a tasting at the brewery...just 5 minutes from our place. On Wednesday my wife and I popped in here around 2pm. Straight off the bat we met the owners...Noah the Head Brewer, Brandon the CEO and Chris the Director of Beer Ops. What a great bunch of guys ! Noah poured me a couple of IPA samplers.....very delicious beers. He also explained the history of the brewery and the name. We met a few of the local drinkers who obviously love coming here. The place has a nice bar just like an Aussie pub and a good vibe. I bought a 4 pack of L0 - VIS Hazy IPA and a Rom Beer Co logo tall glass. We struck around for about an hour and a half having a nice chat with the lads. WOW ! As we were leaving Alik and his wife Fiona from Bruddy's were getting everything set up to serve their delicious pizzas. WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK !

This brewery is super clean, beers are delicious, staff is super friendly!

Checked this place out for the first time today & I loved all the beer I tried. Really cozy spot to hangout, play games, and drink some amazing beer! Thanks to Tyler for making our experience so fun & memorable! Will definitely be coming back!

Really enjoy the beers and tap room. Some really great brews across the board. I'm especially enamored with their lagers and West Coast IPAs. Heard good things about their hazy beers and seltzers. Great happy hour too with a lot of folks from local small businesses, cyclists, and parents picking up from the nearby day school to give it a chill vibe with a good sense of community on the hill. Fun events too every few weeks (Car shows, live music, food trucks, etc)

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Nicely decorated taproom, and very nice bar tender. It’s on the smaller side, as far as available seating goes, but it was quiet enough that we could easily find a table. Beer selection is diverse (and delicious). We look forward to our next visit.

Great if you like hard core rap music and sitting inside on a warm sunny day.
No outside seating allowed, per the bartender.

Excellent variety of beers, friendly staff, and good vibes.

Beer is really good - however my wife & I have been sitting here now for 15 minutes with the server never checking back for our food order.....more interested in being a chat mobile.

Be cautious with their hours. They rarely open on time and close early.

Phil was an amazing host to us. The beers were delightful. They offered a few games that we took advantage of. We had a fantastic time!

Great location, excellent food and drink! Bring your friend ms for a great time!
