WOW Poki has easily become a top Poke spot for me. I've tried thier wrap and thier bowl so far and intend to return and try more! Plenty of options and every ingredient to pick from is fresh and ready for addition to your order. There is zero discoloration or proof of ingredients sitting out too long and when eaten, everything tastes fresh and flavors are strong in the best way possible and complimentary to each other. I eat at wow poki more than anywhere else (besides my own restaurant) because I love their product. This is one of the very few poke spots anywhere that offers yellowtail or gluten-free ponzu or brown rice. That alone is worth 5 stars. The fish is almost always really fresh.
