Quality real Texas smoked meat BBQ. Tender meaty brisket, not fatty, large beef ribs. Lean tender pulled pork. Enjoyed the service, sauce, sides, and family smoker tending on site. Comprehensive bbq menu. Mondays in central San Clemente, near the 5 freeway overpass of El Camino Real at MRK Public parking lot.
Yee haw a true bbq pop up on Mondays in town. At MRK location 1402 El Camino real.

The Vegan “pulled pork” on a brioche bun was outstanding. Fresh coleslaw was so yum! I don’t eat meat but everyone else that did raved about it.
Fun atmosphere, the staff is great, quick order and turn around time, clean, and great western music to enjoy lunch. Plenty of seating inside...
