I hate to write this as rhe sandwichws are great. However everytime I've been in this store it seems the workers are wearing gloves for the show of it. They go into the back, on the register, on their phones, and right back to making food.

Do NOT recommend!!! One of their employees hit on me the whole time I was ordering food, proceeded to try to get my attention from my car, then followed my husband, daughter & i across the parking lot to Panda Express!!! An absolute creep works here!!

The Steak & Cheese Subs at the San Clemente, California Shop were HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, POORLY MADE & LOW QUALITY expensive disasters. The Ingredients tasted old, the bread was soggy and stale along with aged poor tasting cheese meant to be fresh. The Subs were GROSS, Cold, Mealy & UNDERCOOKED. It's obvious that most of San Clemente & probably #OrangeCounty knows to stay away from this place. It was empty. If we hadn't used the #jerseymikes #apple #iphone #appstore to order we would've walked out. The fact that I tipped online only made it WORSE!! "Why did I bother?" I thought to myself outload and again back in the Audi. "Fool!" My bad angel critic said back from my other shoulder. My right shoulder had chimed in, "Maybe you can get the tip back?" Any hoo, long review short, the splendid encounter did not start out on solid footing. I was too excited to get the food and the iRobot mcmike-servant merely twice pointed to a paper bag on a metal shelf with such an annoyed expression that I later wondered if he'd shat his pants and was ringing the guy in front of me just to share the mcmike stench. Maybe the #mcmike servant thought I was an Uber eats driver because I was in flip flops and had just showered after being at #SanClemente #beach and was wearing a sic tan, a smile & a cool blue tank top? Did my blonde hair & blue eyes offe from the register after being gently asked about an order I'm Everyone in this place looked so grief stricken that I caught myself looking for the casket and dead guy inside. Only a soulless cashier blankly stared back.

I went into JM last week for my usual (#11 with rosemary parm, lettuce, pickles & onions) and there was an absolute GOAT working the line. When I showed up to pick up my mobile order, this young man apologized for the delay, as he was waiting for new bread to come out of the oven. There was plenty of bread left, but this absolute king made sure I had the BEST sandwich of my life. I am grateful to say he succeeded in making the best JM sandwich I have ever had. I didn't get his name before leaving, but whoever you are, thank you, young man, for doing something that truly did make my day last week. You the man!

Manager lady is consistently rude to me for no reason, I say please and thank you and smile and she gives me an attitude every time about something, I'll go to the other location nearby from now on just because of her. Other staff here is lovely I feel bad for them though.

I asked for my sandwich mikes way with no tomato and lady making my sandwich shot my friend with a gun. Sandwich was good though 8/10

Got take out last weekend. We decided to share a large Italian sub. It was packed with ham, salami, provolone, pepperoni, and more. A little heavy on the shredded lettuce. But more meat in it than any other sub shop we have gone to. It was really good. It is cut into 4 sections and I had a hard time just finishing one. Definitely got our money's worth.

It's 12 noon, and they are making ten sandwiches for a call in order while the line is out the door. I love the sandwiches, but it is always a long wait because of massive call in orders. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to think that maybe someone should be building the phone orders on the other sub station, and building sandwiches for the counter customers in real time.

Incredible sandwich as always. My only feedback is the line took forever (almost 45 minutes), and the woman behind me, an employee knew her and said he would take her order ahead of everyone else in line. I don’t mind waiting in a long line, but when everyone saw that we were all a little frustrated.
