First time trying this location and definitely the last after receiving my money worth of açaí bowls with plenty slices of fruit and a large amount of the açaí on my large smoothie bowl in other locations to come and experience these location and the amount of disappointment of a açaí bowl ordering 3 large açaí bowls and getting not only a poorly amount of toppings but getting the small portion of açai in a large bowl, to add on top of that, it was like eating a overly sweet melted smoothie on a bowl !! Don't recommend!! Trust me the drive somewhere else is worth it !!!

The worst juice it up I've been too. The amount of fruit they add is miserable barely any toppings. You get a large bowl and it's not filled to the top. Don't come to this juice or Up! not recommend not your moneys worth!

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time amazing. My smoothie came out fast and the customer service was great! There was a gentleman working and he was amazing and knew some of the other customers by name. I can today (12/30/2023) and the 3 people working were not so great. The boy was really sweet but he made my smoothie and it was literally like juice. I asked one of the ladies if it should be this watery (I know it shouldn’t because I have had it before) and she said “yeah because of the sherbet” when I first came in the guy didn’t know how to do the coupon and asked for help and the other girl had the biggest attitude. She did not want to help him. She did say “I’m on break so I shouldn’t even be doing this” but that is not something you show in front of customers. I will literally only come if it is the middle aged man working. I literally drank juice instead of a smoothie. A waste

I placed an order online and picked up within the first 10 mins. I have never been more unsatisfied with a purchase here than today. I always receive perfect products and always happy with them but today my products were completely melted when I picked up. It's as if I ordered juice instead of smoothies. I called because I was just not happy, the asst manager picked up the phone her name was Marisa she said she couldn't do anything about it, so I spoke to the owner who was first of all rude (Jim? Tim?) and told me to bring everything back for a refund. I am pregnant and was simply craving their amazing bowls, I am unfortunately sad with the service and products I received. All I ask is that they improve their customer service and learn how to speak to customers.

The food is good here, price is a little high for quantity but the woman that took our order was incredibly rude, her name was Iliana or something like that and she stared at my kids and was disrespectful and giving rude looks.

This Juice It Up location is the best! App ordering works seamlessly every time. Very friendly staff and owner who get to know their customers personally. They also support our local schools which is a nice bonus!!

The customer service here is non existent. The two young girls working on 7/30/23 in the evening clearly didn’t want to be at work and I could tell they highly disliked their jobs.. They were flat out rude and not to mention the smoothie I ordered was not the best. Juice it up please do better when hiring for a customer service position.

BRUH BRO BRUH… we walked in and nicely said we have a mobile order to pick up and one worker SIDE EYED US and the other said in a rude tone, “okayyy ?” like nah we were just minding our business she did not have give us that tone.. like get out of town grumpy?♀️➡️

A perfect refreshment place for South Californian weather. We were on our way to San Diego and stopped by the near Albertsons. Noticed this small juice shop near by. Raw Juices, Classic Smoothies, Specialty Smoothies, Bowls... a rich menu. It was a sunny hot day and this place busy. We almost waited for 10 mins to place our order and waited for another 15 to get our drinks. Strawberry Wave, Mango Mania, Lava Flow and Chili Lime Tart. We loved all of them. chili lime tart was a surprise package! Bind blowing! Staffs were friendly and awesome. I can really sense why people like this place. Great choices and wonderful service! Way to go!
Tim is amazing! He is so friendly, it’s great to see him after every workout. Also he makes the BEST version of every smoothie, if you’re someone like me who gets sad if the smoothie texture isn’t perfect! Thank you for being so awesome!

Absolutely the worst store I have ever been too! Used to my Tustin store. Went in and ordered the new smoothie made with Tajin and I told the cashier 4 times, please no Tajin. She never relayed the message to the person who made it, who was rude! He made the drink and put Tajin all over the top. I mentioned to him no tajin was mentioned to her multiple times. I made him made me another one and he stood right there and put in the top again! I said no Tajin and he said well most people like it and handed it to me and said have a nice day. IDIOT
