Starting with the decor, this place was confused. Pirate themed? Western?But the restroom exotic Mexican Aztec temple? Who knows!
Food was not great. Had a chili burger. The chili taste burnt. The fries were essentially a glorified version of in and out well done fries (also not good). Will definitely not come again.
Good luck to those who decide to try it. To our waitress, thank you for being a gem in this horrid experience. And to the cooks, try the food before serving it.

Krazy Kooters is located inside the Triangle of downtown San Clemente and replaced a different bar that used to be there several years ago. There is a lot of outdoor seating as there is a second floor patio. Seating inside is a little more limited but the interior decor gives off a fun eclectic vibe and there is a large, semi secluded table that would be great for a dinner party. Brunch portion sizes are very generous. I ordered the gravy and biscuits, which came with two ginormous biscuits that were a little dry. The gravy had sausage bits and was flavorful but a little too heavy for my tastes. However, the eggs were over easy perfection. While we waited for our food, there was a magician walking around who gave us a mini card show. Brunch at Krazy Kooters is definitely a unique experience and my favorite part of it all was the live reggae music playing outside.

Excellent smash burgers and service. The whole restaurant is like a piece of art, beautiful and well put together. Great rooftop deck and outdoor patio. I’m sure this will become an extremely popular San Clemente establishment given the food, vibes, and location.

The atmosphere here is fantastic. The level of detailed and execution of the theme is really impressive. Also the high top table chairs are so comfortable. We got the Bacon Blue and El Diablito along with fried pickles. Both were so good. The El Diablito had just a little kick and fried pickles were fried perfectly. Staff were very attentive and supper friendly.
