Very rude and unprofessional staff. They clearly seem pissed. off to work there. Managment is even worse. Arrogant staff and so so coffee at best. The place looks modern and has potential, but the whole entitled arrogance of staff and Managment, coupled with mediocre at best coffee, make this place a no go.

Great coffee, limited food items. Tons of indoor tables for seating (even a huge square bar -- no alcohol and you order at the same place as everyone and bring your coffee and any snack to the bar seat you select) -- and outdoor seats/tables on Avenita Del Mar for people watching.

Lovely place to sit and have coffee. Very good tasting coffee, but if you like it hotter, be sure to request that. We stayed and got served in beautiful latte porcelain cups. It is difficult for an older person to carry their own heavy cups to their seats. The service is fast and efficient with professional polite finesse.

Just an over hyped modern look coffee place. On a busy holiday Monday, one person behind the counter taking order and one making drinks. Took 20 minutes to get a coffee drink. Regular coffee was from canister and lukewarm at best!
