Visited Panda in San Clemente today. I frequent pandas all throughout so cal and they are all consistently decent with the lone exception of this specific location. The chow mein and fried rice looked and tasted absolutely terrible. They both had a gray hue to them. The chow mein appeared to be missing all ingredients with the exception of the noodles. The rice was hard with zero flavor. Will not be visiting another panda again. Plus I'm tired of them begging for my change. Very tacky...

WOW The food was not good at all 5pm and a lot of the food selections were empty no noodles the fried rise was so tasteless and the pepper chicken was so over peppered I threw most away so disappointing

They enforce an arbitrary 7 piece limit on honey walnut shrimp, despite having to pay extra. This is the only Panda Express I've been to that does this. And the manager is very rude and not customer friendly.

I have been a fan on Panda Express Orange Chicken for many years. However, I have been so disappointed for some time now. The reason? It is 90% breading and 10% chicken. Many of the prices are 99% breading. It's just not satisfying any longer. I got take out tonight and was hopeful as many of the pieces were large, but was disappointed after the third piece. You guessed it, 90% breading, 10% chicken. I will have to find for another source for my Orange Chicken craving.
They close at 9:30, but they close their kitchen way earlier so technically they don’t close at 9:30. More like 8:30, so you can’t buy the food you want because they run out and then don’t make more, even though they are still open. ??♀️

Every time I order from here, the food smells like rotten eggs. The chow mein is the worst. Truly sad since I rather drive to the Ladera store since this store seems that they either don't wash the pans properly or just don't care about food safety. Stay away from food poisoning.
