I got a Chicken Carbonara and the nice people making it asked me if I wanted toppings. I misunderstood and said it looked good and they wrapped it up without toppings. After we paid, I went back to ask for toppings on it. They were nice and didn't mind my mistake; they put the toppings I wanted on. It tasted superb! Leagues better than Subway.

Delicious sandwich. But it’s not about the sandwich that keeps me coming back. Just like many others who have reviewed, the two owners are very hospitable and I enjoy seeing them. They remember me and remember my order even when I go months apart.

Years ago, this same owner and the workers were in Aliso Viejo. Then most Quiznos locations closed down. I figured my favorite sandwich shop had gone with time. By chance, I stumbled on them again while I was visiting Lowe's down the road. Same wonderful people greeted and took care of my order. Great family atmosphere, kind and helpful. Came in at very near closing and they still took care of me even for a small order.

AVOID! Veggie guacamole sandwich was missing the guacamole. I didn’t get what I paid for and I feel cheated. I was driving on the freeway and by the time I discovered the error I was too far away to return to get the order made properly. The man who rang me up didn’t understand a word of what I was saying. This location also costs more than other locations.
I filled out the survey as per the owner’s response but nothing ever came of it.

Mohammad is the absolute best. First of all, him and his wife are the nicest store owners I’ve met and make you feel some welcomed every time I visit. Second the sandwiches are absolutely delicious. An absolute treat to have them in San Clemente.

Came from 20 miles away. They say on the website and on the sign posted at the store that they close at 4:00 pm on sundays but when we got here at 3:30 the employee inside was cleaning up and the doors were locked. Extremely disappointing to waste my time coming here and seeing the business closed before posted hours
