I'm a Yorba Linda local and my first and last time visiting Seasurf. My friend ordered the grilled white fish which was served on a huge bed of horrible bland and dry rice. I ordered fish tacos and they had that same rice on the bottom, yuk! We won't be going back. if you want good fish tacos try Que Vida across the street, so yummy! I think what happened is that we came close to closing and the cook thought he'd get rid of the rice left over. Bad idea, it got you a bad...read full review
